Clint Bridges Appointed to Board of Directors at Mimms Museum of Technology and Art
Technology Executive and Longtime Supporter Brings Four Decades
of Industry Experience to Thriving Roswell Museum 

ROSWELL, Ga. – (February 2, 2026) – The Mimms Museum of Technology and Art (Mimms Museum), a nonprofit metro Atlanta attraction that is home to one of the world’s largest collections of digital-era artifacts and rotating art exhibits, today announced the addition of Clint Bridges to its board of directors. Bridges brings more than 40 years of experience in the data communications industry to the Mimms Museum board, along with a lifelong passion for technology.

“Clint is a long-time visitor, volunteer, member and donor of ours and we are absolutely thrilled to welcome him to the board of directors,” said Lonnie Mimms, founder and board chair at Mimms Museum. “Over the years, Clint has generously donated several items he personally designed and built for the museum. His enthusiasm, creativity and commitment to our mission have been evident from the very beginning and we cannot wait to have him more involved in our future growth plans.”

Bridges currently serves as the chairman and chief executive officer of NetPlanner Systems, where he provides strategic oversight and leadership to guide the company’s long-term vision, governance and growth initiatives. A Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), he is widely recognized for his expertise in designing and managing complex communications technology projects.An entrepreneurClint Bridges at heart, Bridges has founded two successful data communications companies and authored published works in the field. His fascination with electronics began as a teenager repairing televisions and radios and continued through early personal computing experiences, including learning BASIC programming, building custom hardware interfaces and exploring early online connectivity. Beyond his professional achievements, Bridges previously served as a multi-engine aircraft pilot and enjoys hands-on technical work. His passion for technology has been constant throughout his life, dating back to the home electronics laboratory he has maintained since elementary school.

Bridges’ involvement with Mimms Museum is rooted in a deep appreciation for the history of technology and its impact on future innovation. He values the museum’s role in preserving the artifacts and stories that illustrate how modern computing evolved through decades of experimentation and discovery. As Mimms Museum continues forward with its impressive growth trajectory, expanding more than 20,000 square feet for its iNSPIRE: Fifty Years of Innovation from Apple exhibition launching to the public April 1, 2026, Bridges will contribute his expertise to help guide the museum’s long-term vision and impact.

Bridges joins a robust museum board of leaders with backgrounds in technology, business development, education, legal, financial management and nonprofit experience, all dedicated to advancing the museum’s mission, growth and community reach.

In spring 2026, Mimms Museum of Technology and Art will debut the largest collection of Apple products ever on display to the public. The iNSPIRE: Fifty Years of Innovation from Apple exhibition will span more than 20,000 square feet and feature over 2,000 rare Apple artifacts, early prototypes, iconic devices and more. In addition to hands-on displays of early computers and devices, the new exhibit will include immersive, creative installations inspired by Apple’s most memorable campaigns and spotlight the visionaries who helped shape brand’s legacy.
